Rented Single Family in Price hill

8 room, 4 bedroom currently rented Section 8 for ~$800 per month. Decent tenants who want to stay.

There is a list of repairs that Section 8 wants done right away. None of them are expensive or unreasonable. Just obvious things.

As the building makes money, I would squirrel away dough to make actual improvements. Replace windows, install central air, etc. The roof and furnace are almost new so we’re good there.

At $24,900 it’s a steal.
