This house is really big. Like massive. So sure it needs patch, paint, wood floors refinished, kitchen and baths updated, etc, etc. None of that is scary, right? But it’s big. So even the simple stuff like painting is gonna get big. Not difficult, but large in scope. It’s a really good deal and you should buy it if you can handle the volume of work.
