Another Cincinnati-area scammer caught!

CINCINNATI (WKRC) — Cincinnati police are trying to track down victims of a man they say is renting out properties he doesn’t own. Police say between the dates of January 30 and February 7, Rashawn Jones ran fake adds for rental properties on Craigslist. He knew the security codes and showed people the properties. Then he took their application fees and security deposits. When they tried to move in they find out Jones had no authority to rent the properties. Cincinnati police know of four victims but they think more victims may be out there. If you have any information, call Cincinnati Police or CrimeStoppers at 352-3040.
